Pinta Dome Field

The Pinta Dome Field is the only field in the world drilled exclusively for the production of helium.  Many of the world’s helium reserves are extracted at a commercial rate of 0.3% or greater as a commercial byproduct of hydrocarbon gasses.  The Pinta Dome Field had helium percentages north of 8.5% and wells were drilled with Helium as the main target for economic production.
